About Donnie

Indianapolis native, Owner/Operator Donnie began his career doing residential construction, specializing in HVAC and plumbing "rough-ins" for a variety of builders in and around Indy. During this time, he gained knowledge of how a house is constructed, not only from a plumbing viewpoint, but of all of the collective trades which are required to build a house. The experience in coordinating with these trades during the new construction phase gave him a better understanding of how each trade comes together to construct a quality home. After building a foundation of knowledge and experience in new construction. Donnie applied and was accepted into the UA Local 440 apprenticeship program where he would transition into repair and service work.

As an apprentice, Donnie spent his days learning on the job, performing simpler tasks such as changing faucets and toilets but rapidly gained the skills needed to be a journeyman plumber. Two nights a week he attended classroom training, and the remaining evenings were reserved for his young family, which consists of his wife Stephanie and two boys, Kurt and Jathan. Going from house to house was a big difference from what he had done previously and he found he had a gift for understanding customers' concerns and exceeding their expectations. After hundreds of hours of training in the classroom, and thousands on the job, Donnie gained his Indiana Journeyman Plumbers License. Additionally, Donnie completed training to acquire a Backflow Certification and a Universal EPA Certification for HVAC.

After years of working as a journeyman, completing all types of plumbing projects big and small, continued technical training, and achieving the job titles of Service Manager and Operations Manager, He made the decision to complete the licensing requirements for a plumbing contractor and start a business.
